Our muffin trays with pre-fixed cups can be offered in many styles, sizes, shapes and designs. These trays work perfectly with most of our muffin cases and small pie cases, enabling our customers a wide selection of products for different type of pastries such as muffins, cupcakes, buns, pies or quiches.

Both baking cups and the tray framework can be printed in up to 4 colors and supplied in various paper/board materials. The number of cavities per muffin tray and perforation can be adapted to your process and requests. It is even possible to combine baking and muffin cups of different colors in each tray. Besides the standard cup sizes, Tielman also offers smaller muffin cup and pie case sizes which are perfect for catering events and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurants/Café Applications).

All pastries baked in our trays with cups will have the benefit of allowing heat to circulate freely around the cups resulting in faster baking and faster cooling time – keeping the pastry moist and fresher for a longer time. 

New custom sizes and shapes can be made if requested and/or if special fitting is required to optimize the finished result.
