Tielman offers premium pie cases in plain or silicone coated greaseproof paper.

For environmental reasons, Tielman’s pie cases are increasingly chosen in preference to aluminium cases or plastic coated board materials.
Our pie cases are available in several different heavy weight plain or silicone coated greaseproof paper, specially produced for baking sweets or savoury food pies and other pastries.
An additional advantage with these cases is that they allow metal detecting after baking providing a higher grade of food safety. They also allow the consumer the ability to efficiently re-heat and/or thaw the pie in microwave ovens.
New custom sizes and shapes can be made if requested and/or if special fitting is required to optimize the finished result.

Our smaller Pie cases can be offered in lighter paper qualities ranging from 65 gsm to 125 gsm.
For larger pie cases our standard qualities are ranging from 145 gsm up to 205 gsm laminated materials.
