What is a loaf case?
Loaf cases, also known as oblong cases and liners, are used for many types of pastries, such as fresh cream cakes, brioches, breads, sponge cakes, carrot cakes and éclairs.
These loaf cases and liners work perfectly in high-speed automated production lines, as well as smaller non-automated processes.
