About our liners
A liner is a flexible baking paper with small folded sides that expand as the product bakes, helping it keep a neat shape. The smooth inside surface allows the baked good to release easily and supports even baking on high-speed lines. Used for many types of pastries, such as fresh cream cakes, brioches, breads, sponge cakes, carrot cakes and éclairs.
